  7.        Run this program to configure the display adapter for  
  8.        the highest vertical refresh rates supported by your
  9.        monitor. Higher refresh rate is less likely to cause
  10.        eye fatigue due to screen flicker. The configuration
  11.        settings you select can optionally be written to your
  12.        AUTOEXEC.BAT file so that the display adapter will be
  13.        set according to your selections each time you start
  14.        the system.

  17.        Run this program whenever you need to configure the S3  
  18.        for a specific video mode.
